On the rooftop, you will find a Mayan palapa where you can take a break from the sun and nap in the hammocks.
Tulum is known for exploring on bicycle rides. That is why we provide you with 4 bicycles and locks for free to have the perfect vacation if you want to see Tulum on 2 wheels!
This villa is also equipped with beach amenities: umbrella, beach chairs, cooler and a bbq as well in the backyard terrace area.

Guest access

You will have access to the entire house. And if you are one of those who like socialize with new friends or meet people, there is also a beautiful rooftop area at the top of the complex with a very nice pool and grill where you will enjoy great sunsets or early morning coffee at sunrise.

Other things to note

You should consider renting a car or bicycle to move around during your stay as taxis to the beach and town can be more pricey than you think plus this will give you more freedom to explore the ruins, beaches, cenotes and different parks and attractions in the area. You will also save the transport cost to and from the airport when you rent a car.
We also provide fiber optic internet service with 150 mbps, the best one in Tulum. So, no worries if you need to work from home.
