Getting Around

This special place is just one block away from the beach and 2 blocks from 5th Avenue Playa Del Carmen making it easy to plan your visit. The building, Singular Dreams, has everything you could need: 3 amazing pools in the rooftop with the most incredible view of the beach and Playa del Carmen city, fully equipped gym, spa, rooftop bar, private free parking and laundry.

You can walk everywhere from here but if you need to go further you can easily take a taxi, rent bikes and scooters. If you are using a car, keep in mind that most of the streets in Playa del Carmen have parking meters. Our building has free parking to make leaving your car and walking easy.

The Space

Our condo is located in a brand new building, 1 block from the beach! It is on the 1st level, which is one floor above the ground floor, and our one bedroom condo is full equipped, furnished, and with a large open terrace with a great view of the sunrise.

You can spend quality time with friends and family with coffee in the morning or wine in the evenings.

Guest Access

You and your guests will have access to the entire unit and the common areas: rooftop area and pools, the spa, rooftop bar and gym, laundry room( with reservation for use with the administration), free private parking in the building garage (based on availability).
