Stylish Condo 2 Blocks to 5th Avenue

Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located property. You will love the decoration and feel of our space. Just 4 blocks away from the beach and 2 blocks to the famous 5th avenue of Playa del carmen, everything is in a walkable distance.

The big rooftop and jacuzzis on the roof top with a serviced bar go well with the amazing views as well as free parking inside the building garage.

Getting Around

Our location is a major plus. NO CAR NEEDED. We are in a walkable distance from everything. It is not necessary to bring a car, that is optional in case you want to explore farther areas of The Riviera Maya. You can also take taxis just outside the condominium as it is a very popular avenue.

There is a parking garage. If you park on the street there are parking meters in the area, make sure to pay it. There is no cost of the street parking meters between the 10:00 pm to 7:00am. You can also walk to the ADO highway bus stations that are a very comfortable and convienient way to get to/from the airport, Tulum, Cancun or any other major destination nearby.

The Space

Our apartment has 2 bedrooms with 2 full bathrooms. Large spacious terrace, comfy beds, TV in each room and in the livingroom, air conditioners in every room, high speed internet, and excellent amenities in the building like a gym, large rooftop pool and jacuzzi with a serviced bar.

Guest Access

You will have access to the entire apartment, pools, gym, the building garage and any other common areas.

Other Things To Note

– VERY IMPORTANT! we will provide The apartment has a card system for the electricity, like many hotel systems. The card is next to the front door. Make sure to remove the card when you are going out to save electricity overuse.
– There’s just one spot per apartment inside the building garage. If you are bringing 2 cars, one of them must be outside. Lost parking garage cards will incur a charge of $150 USD. Please be careful!
– There are parking meters in the area. Make sure to pay the parking meters if you park on the street. There is no cost for the parking meters between 10:00 pm to 7:00am.
