It is full equipped with everything you could need and furnished with the beautiful Mexican art to offer the best experience to our guests. Also the amenities like the amazing 4 rooftop pools, rooftop serviced bar, full equipped gym, free garage in the building, security and front desk service 24/7. Our condo is equipped and furnished to offer the best experience to our guests.
Our apartment is located just steps from one of the most famous areas in Playa del Carmen. Everything is walkable from our location! One block away from the 5th avenue y 3 more blocks from the beautiful beaches of Playa Del Carmen. Surrounded by a variety of restaurants, coffee shops, bars, convenience stores and more. The perfect place to enjoy Playa del Carmen.
Getting Around
Our location is a major plus for staying with us. NO CAR IS NEEDED. We are in a walkable distance from absolutely everything you may need on vacation. It is not necessary to bring a car, that is optional in case you want to explore farther areas of The Riviera Maya. You can also take taxis just outside the condominium as it is a very popular avenue.
There is a parking garage available as well if you choose to rent a car. If you park on the street, be aware, there are parking meters in the area, make sure to pay them. There is no cost of the street parking meters between the 10:00PM to 7:00AM. You can also walk to the ADO highway bus stations that are a very comfortable and convienient way to get to/from the airport, Tulum, Cancun or any other major destination nearby.
The Space
Our condo has 2 bedrooms with very comfortable beds, dark shades curtains, TV and air conditioners in each room. Two full bathrooms for your and your guests privacy with nice amenities from local store. Plenty of high quality linens to make you feel comfy in our place.
Full equipped kitchen to prepare your favorite meals with family and friends and a nice terrace with access from the living and one of the bedrooms.
Guest Access
You will have access to the entire apartment, common areas of the building, rooftop pools, garage, gym, kids pay room and also to the entertainment room with the pool table( for this one is necessary to book at the front desk).
Other Things to Note
- The condo has a card for the electricity system. Please, make sure to shut down the system before you go out.
- If you are bringing car, you must notify us to leave you the garage entrance electronic card for your use during your stay. There are parking meters outside the building in the area as well.
- We will let a Fob for you inside the apartment. Is for your use to access to the building.
