It’s located just 1 block from the famous walking 5th Avenue where you’ll find some of the best food and entertainment in the Riviera Maya. The beach is just 3 blocks away.

Getting Around

This special place is just one block away from the beach and 2 blocks from 5th Avenue Playa Del Carmen making it easy to plan your visit. The building, Singular Dreams, has everything you could need: 3 amazing pools in the rooftop with the most incredible view of the beach and Playa del Carmen city, fully equipped gym, spa, rooftop bar, private free parking and laundry.

You can walk everywhere from here but if you need to go further you can easily take a taxi, rent bikes and scooters. If you are using a car, keep in mind that most of the streets in Playa del Carmen have parking meters. Our building has free parking to make leaving your car and walking easy.

The Space

The photos tell the story of this inviting home away from home. The bedrooms have superior quality King and Queen size mattresses. The apartment has 3 large screen, OLED, Smart, UHD TVs with high-speed (300 mbps) internet and cable connectivity.

The kitchen has it all; full size refrigerator, stove top, oven, microwave, coffee maker and water purifier. A washer/dryer combination is the perfect compliment. Ceiling fans and separate A/C units in each room and a secure lockbox included.

Guest Access

The guests will have access to the 4 pools in the rooftop, bar, pool table and kids room (these 2 amenities have to be booked in reception), also to the building parking garage and large business room facility.

Other things to note

VERY IMPORTANT! – There are parking meters in the area. Make sure to pay the parking meters if you park on the street and not in the parking garage. There is no cost for the parking meters between 10:00 pm to 7:00am.

There’s just one spot per apartment inside the building garage. If you are bringing 2 cars, one of them must be outside. Lost parking garage cards will incur a charge of $150 USD. Please be careful!
