Guest Access
You and your guests will have access to the entire unit and the common areas: rooftop area and pools, the spa, rooftop bar and gym, laundry room( with reservation for use with the administration), free private parking in the building garage (based on availability, if there his not parking spot available, you should park outside and paid the parking meter).
The Space
Our condo is located in a brand new building, 1 block from the beach! It is on the ground floor, next to the lobby, and our one bedroom condo is fully equipped, furnished, and an open balcony with street view, very fast internet speed for working, for when you need it.
You can spend quality time with friends and family with coffee in the morning or wine in the evenings.
Other Things To Note
The laundry room use has to be made with previous reservation with the reception and it is based on availability.
The private parking in the building garage is also based on availability, if there his not a parking spot available, you can park outside with paid metered parking.
