The Space

The kitchen has it all; full size refrigerator, stove top, oven, microwave, coffee maker and water purifier. A washer/dryer combination is the perfect compliment. Ceiling fans and separate A/C units in each room and a secure lockbox included.
Guest Access
The guests will have access to the 4 pools in the rooftop, bar, pool table and kids room (these 2 amenities have to be booked in reception), also to the building parking garage and large business room facility.
Other Things To Note
VERY IMPORTANT! – There are parking meters in the area. Make sure to pay the parking meters if you park on the street and not in the parking garage. There is no cost for the parking meters between 10:00 pm to 7:00am.
There’s just one spot per apartment inside the building garage. If you are bringing 2 cars, one of them must be outside. Lost parking garage card or entrance fob will incur a charge of $50 USD. Please be careful!
