Getting Around

We are in a walkable distance from everything. It is not necessary to bring a car, that is optional in case you want to explore more of La Riviera Maya. You can also take taxis just outside the condominium, it is a very popular avenue, ask the price before jump in it.

There are parking meters in the area, make sure to pay it if you will move around with a car. There is not cost of the parking meters between the 10:00 pm to 7:00am.

The Space

Our condo has a beautiful balcony with view to the 38th avenue. A one bedroom with a comfy king size bed, one full bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen and air conditioners in each room.

The common ares are 4 large pools and a serviced bar on the rooftop, as well as a gym, bathrooms and a parking garage underneath the building.

Guest Access

You will have access to the entire condo, pools, gym, bar, lobby, building garage and any other common area facility.

Other Things To Note

There is free parking in the building garage-subject to availability. There is also street parking but make sure to pay the parking meters. Street parking is free between 10:00 pm to 7:00 am if you do not park inside the garage.
