The space

Julian’s Villa is located in a gated community in Tulum Town, this Villa has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, the master bedroom has a 50″ Tv to relax at night and enjoy a movie, as well as a soak in the bathtub.
This beautiful villa has lots of light due to the open space and high ceilings and sliding glass doors, the open kitchen invites you to share a nice meal with your family. This home features several authentic pieces of Mayan furniture.
The private pool in the backyard is perfect for a good swim during the daytime, while the jacuzzi is the plan for a beautiful evening looking at the stars. On the rooftop, you will find a Mayan palapa where you can take a break from the sun and play some games with your loved ones.
This villa is equipped with beach amenities and backyard bbq grill as well.

Guest access

You will have access to the whole house during your stay, just for you. Also, you can walk or ride bike inside the residential and visit the eco gym, palapa and playground of the community.

Other things to note

You should consider renting a car or bicycle to move around during your stay as taxis to the beach and town can be more pricey than you think plus this will give you more freedom to explore the ruins, beaches, cenotes and different parks and attractions in the area. You will also save the transport cost to and from the airport when you rent a car.
We also provide fiber optic internet service, the best one in Tulum. So, no worries if you need to work from home.
