Thank you, Ryan, for allowing me the opportunity to talk with you at the International Living conference March 2016 in Cancun Mexico. I had originally attended the conference to get more information on Belize, but after talking with you and then traveling to Tulum to visit the neighborhood where you were building the Casitas, I purchased one of the lots you had for sale. I decided to have one of the Casitas built by Ryan Pitts and it turned out to be one of the best decisions I ever made. Buying land in a foreign country and then building a home was a little scary at first but Ryan held my hand throught the whole process. Ryan sent me pictures and samples that helped make the process so simple. I would recommend to anyone to talk with Ryan and get onboard now while the prices are still very low.
