Santamar Condominium Complex is located in the beautiful, quiet area of Akumal located in the Riviera Maya between the city of Playa Del Carmen and the bustling town of Tulum. Where we are located there is just one street with the entrance from the main highway to our location where there are a few villas, our complex and a Beach Club. We are located right across from the Caribbean Sea! A few meters away you will have the Caribbean Sea water and on the other side the Mayan Jungle.

Our Condominium complex is 3 levels separated in individual towers. Our condominium has direct access from the parking lot and garden area as we are located in the ground floor. We are very close to the town of Akumal, many cenotes, activity parks, and beautiful beaches. It is a very private and tranquil place, the perfect escape for vacationers seeking peace and quiet.
