The space

This brand new villa has lots of natural light with 3 meter high windows, the open kitchen, dining and living room areas invite you to share quality time with your family and friends. This home is decorated with local decorations, and much love.
The private pool in the backyard is perfect for a good swim during the day or to cool off after a hot day of exploring. The evenings are perfect for looking at the stars with no city lights nearby. On the rooftop, you will find a Mayan palapa where you can take a break from the sun and nap in the hammocks.
Tulum is known for exploring on bicycle rides. That is why we provide you with 4 bicycles and locks for free to have the perfect vacation if you want to see Tulum on 2 wheels!
This villa is also equipped with beach amenities: umbrella, beach chairs, cooler and a bbq as well in the backyard terrace area.

Guest access

The house is completly private, and you will have access to the whole villa during your stay, including roof terrace and pool. And if you have small kids, there is a very nice park inside the residential for them and a larger park a few steps outside the area for them to enjoy.

Other things to note

You should consider renting a car or bicycle to move around during your stay as taxis to the beach and town can be more pricey than you think plus this will give you more freedom to explore the ruins, beaches, cenotes and different parks and attractions in the area. You will also save the transport cost to and from the airport when you rent a car.
We also provide fiber optic internet service, the best one in Tulum. So, no worries if you need to work from home.
