You will be close to everything when you stay at this very well located place. Our brand new apartment is located in a gated area, with 2 entrance with security 24/7.

We are located at the entrance of Aldea Zama neighborhood. The most beautiful area in Tulum and the closest to the beautiful beaches.

There are many little coffees, restaurants and stores in Aldea Zama, and also we are just around the corner of the Coba avenue, were you can find bars, restaurants, convenience stores, the biggest supermarket in Tulum, places to rent, bikes, scooters, atvs, etc. This is also the avenue that goes to the beaches, just 3 minutes away from our place.

Getting Around

We always recommend to use a car, because you would have more time and freedom to explore La Riviera Maya and all it beauty. But if you prefer to stay in Tulum and surrondings you can bike, rent a scooter ( this has became very popular transportation) or even walk to the closest places.

You can use taxis too, keep on mind that could be a bit pricy, just ask before take it. There are parking spots in the building, are not assigned ones, it depends of the availibility.

The best base for days of vacations and adventures in Tulum. Located on the 2nd floor, with the pool view, nice rooftop with very well equipped gym, terrace, yoga and events space.

Very comfy beds, great air conditioners in each room, full equipped kitchen and high speed internet service in case you are the ones that need to work online.
