Beach Clubs: Drive or bike along the pedestrian walkway to one of the many beach clubs, where waiters will keep you seated with food and drinks, while you relax on a lounger with warm gulf breezes carrying the sound of gentle waves washing ashore.

Shopping: You can use the bikes for a short ride into downtown Tulum where you can shop the many vendors offering locally made clothing, art, and jewelry.

Mayan Ruins: Rent a car to explore the nearby Mayan ruins and villages.

Restaurants: The restaurant scene in Tulum is a foodie’s heaven. The range of choices and quality of fare is exceptional.

Cenotes: The Yucatan Peninsula has more than 6,000 cenotes which are freshwater underground caverns with crystal clear water. Many of the best ones are within an hour’s drive from Tulum.

You have the entire house to yourself. Relax and enjoy your private retreat. Also, you can enjoy a nice walk or bike ride inside the residential area and visit the eco gym, Palapa and playground of the community.

Other things to note

You should consider renting a car or bicycle to move around during your stay as taxis to the beach and town can be more pricey than you think. Plus, this will give you more freedom to explore the ruins, beaches, cenotes and different parks and attractions in the area. You will also save the airport cost to and from the airport when you rent a car. We also provide fiber optic internet service -the best one in Tulum! So, no worries if you need to work from home.
