Our villa is located in a new gated community, a residential area surrounded by Tulum jungle, very relaxing and nice to enjoy tranquil vacations. With controlled access 24/7.
Everything in the residential is brand new, the pools, gym, playground, etc. It is a secluded area, not far from Tulum center, just 4.2km away, close enough to enjoy the activities like the cenotes (many of them are in Coba road).
Relax with family and friends in this peaceful Villa. Located in a Gated Community, you’ll fall in love with the afternoons in the backyard and refresh with a dip in the plunge pool on a hot day while enjoying a BBQ. Slightly outside of Tulum, away from the hustle and bustle of the town centro, here you will find peace and relaxation.
Getting Around
Definitely we do recommend to have a car or any other vehicle. You would have more time and freedom to enjoy the beauty of La Riviera Maya. Keep on mind that is a secluded area, so there are not restaurants, stores or anything in a walkable distance.

Our Villa has 2 bedrooms & 2 full bathrooms for the comfort and privacy of you and your guests. Beautiful exterior areas and terrace space. The common area pool and jacuzzi are big and beautiful and surrounded by vegetation.
A very well equipped gym, yoga studio, and a small playground for kids are all available.
