The space

Located in the serenely secluded Residencial Riviera Tulum neighbourhood, with 24 hour gated security, Villa Modha is an ideal accommodation solution for groups of travellers to Tulum. The owners have experienced renting lodgings all across the globe and, when constructing their own place, wanted to ensure their visitors were able to cast all worries aside and relax knowing full well that when they arrive their stay would be as comfortable as is home. They named the building after their two sons and the literal meaning translates to ‘Love Happiness Residence.’ You will surely love your time here and achieve a state of pure bliss in these well-appointed lodgings when you awake to the dulcet tones of birdsong, bask in the spectacular sunshine, and revel in the otherwise tranquil atmosphere of life in Tulum, Mexico.

Comprised of two units, with 2 bedrooms and two full bathrooms each. Easy access to the private pool. All modern amenities including Wifi, a Netflix enabled television, washer/dryer, and a full kitchen with all necessary appliances and equipment. Villa Modha will quickly become your home away from home. And whether serving as your home base to simply sleep after spending your day on the beach and exploring cenotes or acting as your refuge to wile away the days floating in the pool, the place is set up to meet the needs of a wide variety of vacationers. The upstairs unit allows for access to a rooftop terrace, furnished with a palapa, to enjoy an outdoor breakfast under a bit of shade or to savour a tropical cocktail under the starry night sky.

Guest access

You have access to whole house which is 2 separate units of 2 bedrooms each, 2 full kitchens, 2 dining areas and 2 bathrooms on each floor. Each unit has a master bedroom with an on suite bathroom. There is a private rooftop area and a private pool in the front courtyard just for your use and enjoyment. We also have beach chairs, coolers, umbrellas and even bikes for you to go to the public beaches.

Other things to note

You should consider renting a car or bicycle to move around during your stay as taxis to the beach and town can be more pricey than you think plus this will give you more freedom to explore the ruins, beaches, cenotes and different parks and attractions in the area. You will also save the transport cost to and from the airport when you rent a car.
We also provide fiber optic internet service, the best one in Tulum. So, no worries if you need to work from home.
