The Space

Our house is plenty of space for families and friends. It has 3 bedrooms with 3 en suite bathrooms and a full guest bathroom downstairs, everybody will have their own private bathroom and also an extra. Comfy beds, private work spaces in 2 of the bedrooms. Large windows in the bedrooms and one bedroom has a private terrace overlooking the pool and lush garden area.

Open concept kitchen and living room that opens to the private beautiful garden and pool. Completely equipped kitchen with all the necessary items to prepare great meals at home if you desire. A huge covered terrace as well as lots of space without cover in the backyard and the rooftop area to take the sun.

Very safe and private with high walls, private with a gate parking, an electric fence all around the house to make you feel completely secure and private when you are at Villa Fiesta Pakal.

Guest Access

Guest will have complete access to the entire Villa, pool area, garden, rooftop, jacuzzi, private parking.

Other Things To Note

Villa Fiesta Pakal is 2 minutes walking to Calle 7: the most popular street in ‘La Veleta’ where you will find restaurants, cafes, bars, services like laundry, grocery stores and more.

A car is not needed in our great location. We always recommend a car to explore Tulum but from our great location it is not needed. You can walk or bike around and then just jump in a taxi when you want to go to the beach!
